LYRA is a treasury cash and settlement management system for the ECB. It brings together all the key elements of the TARGET services into a single system, delivering efficient and seamless Financial management in concert with the ECB’s objectives.

LYRA brings together the elements of formerly individual transactions into linked and secure transactions, and also supports Instant Payment Services (EBA RT1, TIPS), EBA EURO1/STEP1, custody and many others.
